Who is Kordravo for?
Field service businesses that dispatch technicians — HVAC, plumbing, electrical, solar, appliance repair, and similar trades. It's built for shops from 1 to 50+ techs.
Do you charge for office staff seats?
No. We charge per field technician seat, and back-office seats (dispatcher, admin, operations) are included generously on every plan. The owner who also dispatches shouldn't pay twice.
What happens when my techs lose signal?
Nothing — that's the point. The tech app is offline-first: schedules, job details, forms, and photo capture all work without a connection, and everything syncs automatically when coverage returns.
Does it work with QuickBooks?
Yes. Kordravo syncs customers and invoices to QuickBooks so your books stay clean without double entry.
